Client Support/Billing Area
Our primary method of offering support to our web hosting
clients is via a ticket based support system. You can submit
a ticket by logging into the client
support/billing area. Once logged in, under the
support tab you can submit a new ticket, as well as track
the progress of existing support tickets. Your support request
will normally be responded to within a few hours, but can
take up to 6 hours.
Webserver Information
For your convenience we also have a Server
Status Monitor to enable you to see at a quick glance
if we are experiencing problems with any of our services.
